Reports To: Finance Manager / DirectorJob Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company's end-to-end accounting operations. The role requires hands-on expertise in GST compliance, invoice preparation, bank reconciliation, ledger management, and petty cash handling, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file GST invoices and returns in compliance with statutory timelines.
  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) accurately on a regular basis.
  • Maintain and reconcile ledgers and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
  • Monitor, record, and control petty cash expenses.
  • Support in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant stakeholders during audits and assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
  • Provide financial data and analysis to management for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of GST laws, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
