About the job:

Position: Brand Partnerships & Growth

CTC: Up to INR 5L per annum

Annual Retention Bonus – 10% of the CTC . This is part of the above CTC and released on completion of one year. Subject of course to being on payroll and not serving a notice period.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads and opportunities through targeted outreach and effective communication strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients that effectively communicate our value proposition and solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment in business development strategies.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to secure new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and client feedback to assess progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 1 year of experience in business development or sales roles, with a creative agency/production house/content company. Please note, this is a mandatory requirement.
  • Strong understanding of the Content Marketing landscape and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and drive.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
