Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Manager at Kotak Securities. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, implement strategies to drive sales growth, and collaborate with Partners to achieve targets. Responsibilities include managing Kotak Partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading IFAs ans Franchisees. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in channel management and leadership
  • Strong understanding of financial services and market trends
  • Drive wealth products like Mutual Funds,Insurance,FDs,Bonds,PMS and AIFs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Empanel IFAs or Franchisees from the market and train them on platforms.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and preparing reports
  • Experience with Broker relationship management
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of sales techniques and tools
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
