Management Information System Executive

Position: Executive – B2B Business Development & Loyalty Initiatives
Location: Ahmedabad - HO
Department: Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
1. IndiaMART B2B Leads Management
- Monitor, track, and manage incoming leads generated via IndiaMART platform.
 - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and share relevant product information.
 - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-ups and closures.
 - Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
 - Analyze lead data to improve response time, conversion ratio, and customer satisfaction.
 - Regularly update and optimize IndiaMART product listings, catalog, and company profile.
 
2. Durian Bandhan Loyalty Program (Carpenters)
- Manage onboarding of carpenters and channel partners onto the Durian Bandhan app.
 - Track carpenter points, redemptions, and rewards distribution in line with program
 - guidelines.
 - Address carpenter queries regarding the app, rewards, and points status.
 - Coordinate with the marketing and IT teams for smooth functioning and app improvements.
 - Plan and execute carpenter engagement initiatives to increase program adoption and
 - loyalty.
 - Generate reports on carpenter participation, redemption trends, and ROI of the program.
 
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Good knowledge of B2B platforms (IndiaMART experience preferred).
 - Basic understanding of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital platforms.
 - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with deadlines.
 - Problem-solving attitude with customer service orientation.
 - Team coordination and follow-up skills.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce or related field.
 - 1–3 years of experience in lead management, B2B platforms, or loyalty programs.
 - Experience in the building material/interior products industry will be an added advantage.
