RoleOverview:

As a Digital CommunityEngagement Manager you will be responsible for building andmanaging a vibrant online community on various online platforms.Your primary goal will be to engage with community members fosterdiscussions and cultivate a positive environment that promotes thebrand and its products/services.

KeyResponsibilities:

1.Build and manage a strong and engaged community on various onlineplatforms.
2. Develop and executecommunity engagement strategies to drive interaction andparticipation.
3. Monitorcommunity discussions respond to inquiries and address concerns ina timely and professionalmanner.
4. Create engaging contentincluding posts polls and announcements to keep community membersinformed and engaged.
5. Organizeand host community events such as AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessionsand contests to foster interaction and buildrelationships.
6. Collaborate withinternal teams including marketing customer support and productdevelopment to gather feedback and insights from thecommunity.
Monitor trends anddevelopments in the B2B market and professional services industriesto stay informed and adapt community strategiesaccordingly.
7. Track and analyzecommunity metrics such as engagement levels and sentiment to assessthe effectiveness of community initiatives and identify areas forimprovement.


Requirements

1.Proven experience as a community manager or similar role with astrong understanding of community management principles and bestpractices.

2. Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal with the ability toengage and interact with diverseaudiences.
3. Deep understandingof the online platforms and their features including channelsgroups and bots.
4. Passion fortechnology and the professional services industry with a strongdesire to stay updated on industry trends anddevelopments.
5. Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships andfoster a sense of belonging within thecommunity.
6. Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment with aproactive and creative approach toproblemsolving.
7. Familiaritywith social media management tools and analytics platforms fortracking and measuring communityengagement.
8. Bachelors degree inmarketing communications business or a related field ispreferred.
