Manager Internal Communications

Role and Responsibilities :
Ensure internal communications alignment across programs and with stakeholders. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to craft a company-wide internal communications strategy. Drive integration with marketing for a cohesive approach to internal communication. Lead the enhancement of internal communications standards and processes. Manage the internal communications calendar and events across Indian offices. Engage stakeholders to understand company priorities and gather feedback. Empower leaders and employees with effective communication guidance. Develop and execute communication strategies and plans. Establish enterprise standards for engaging employees. Support internal and external communication activities as needed.Desired Profile :
At least 10-12 years of relevant experience Relevant bachelor’s and/or master’s degree Experience in IT, IT Services preferred. Proven expertise in internal communications, employee engagements, employer branding, and talent marketing Experience in driving talent lead generation campaigns. Attention to detail and hands-on approach to delivering marketing results. Experience in digital marketing, social media and/or content marketing. Balanced analytical and creative mindset Must be willing to travel for events as per the need. Immediate Joiners preferred.
