Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Website, Mobile App and Digital Marketing Services - Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, account management, and communication with clients. The specialist will work to identify and build relationships with potential clients, understand their IT needs, and recommend appropriate solutions. The specialist will also manage ongoing relationships with existing clients, provide excellent customer service, and ensure client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with specialisation in Marketing / Sales
  • Experience in IT sales, lead generation, and account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of information technology and software solutions
  • Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in the software development industry is a plus
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)


Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for digital services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Create sales plans and forecasts, and track performance against targets.


Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels (e.g., social media, networking events, cold calling, email campaigns).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.


Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.


Product Knowledge and Presentations:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's digital services offerings, including web development, digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and more.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Customize proposals and solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.


Negotiation and Closing Sales:

  • Lead negotiations with clients to close sales deals and secure contracts.
  • Ensure that all terms and conditions of the sales agreements are met and documented.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of digital services.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client interactions and market trends.


Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.


Customer Success and Support:

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support to address their needs.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.


Continuous Learning and Development:

  • Stay updated on the latest digital services trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
