Job Responsibilities:
He/She must know about proposal making, generating leads, and analyzing client requirements.
Attending live chats and form queries received through the company’s website.
Preparing documents and information for requests for proposals.
Identifying business opportunities to grow the business.
Communicate new project opportunities to existing & potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understanding the services offered by the company
Arranging meetings with prospective clients.
Handling technical queries of clients and taking decisions on the basis of client communication.
Achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Coordinating with other departments within the organization.
Accountable for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, as well as for generating new business avenues by exploring emerging trends and markets, and developing innovative sales strategies.
Job requirements:
Experience working as a Business Development Executive or a similar role in the Sales Department or possess previous relevant working experience with different bidding portals like Upwork, Fiver, Guru
Candidates with previous experience in IT service-based companies would be preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Ability to work independently.
Should be a team player
Experience working with CRM tools such as Hubspot would be a bonus.
