At INS Global, we’re about to rewrite the history books on how companies expand their businesses.We are looking for an experienced Sales professional with global vision to join our dynamic and tight-knit teamWe welcome and value each team member and their contribution to our mission, our team, and our culture.Main ResponsibilitiesPromote the company’s products/services (PEO, Recruitment, HR Consulting, Company Registration, etc.) addressing or predicting current or prospective clients’ needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Keep records of prospects, sales process status, invoices and revenue generated, etc. via our CRM

Ensure the implementation of our business strategy

Represent INS Global during events (trade shows, conferences, exhibitions)

Prepare sales contracts, negotiate, and ensure adherence to law-established rules and company guidelines/standards

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Support our Account Managers in customer requests

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

Must-Haves:Bachelor’s degree or above.

At least 2-year work experience in a Sales or Customer service-oriented job

Native English speaker, and speaks Spanish or other language would be a plus.

Strong mastery of Pack Office

Business acumen, thrive in a high paced work environment, like to take on challenges.

Like-To-Haves:2-5 years professional experience

Team-spirit mindset

Sales experience in B2B

Familiar with Teams, Zoom and CRM’s

Interest or first experience in HR services

Quick leaner, reliable and get things done.

Time management and organizational skills
