Sales Manager / Sr Sales Manager (MICE SALES)

in India such as USA , San Francisco International Airport, South East Asian Destiantions etc.

Summary:
The
MICE SALES
Manager's role is to
promote and drive Meeting and Incentive (M&I) group business pan- India to a premier Southeast Asian destination,
including working with leadership teams of travel companies, both in the MICE and Leisure sectors.
This role requires knowledge and experience of the
MICE
industry in India, the ability to engage with the corporate decision-makers and generate
M&I group leads.
Salary Range:
16-18 LPA.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Initiatives:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to attract MICE business from corporate sectors, focusing on achieving and exceeding targets.Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients, including corporate entities, MICE agents, intermediaries, and event planners.Lead Generation & Coordination : Identify new opportunities, generate leads through engagement with corporate customers, MICE trade partners, event organizers/planners and convert into wins by providing inputs and facilitation during the bidding process; and act as the key contact for day-to-day liaison between the client and our principles.Overall Project Management:
Plan, organise and execute creative MICE marketing initiatives, joint promotional activities, product updates, educational seminars, and events to implement approved MICE projects for the Indian market, working closely with the internal teams.Industry Representation & Outreach:
Travel to and
r epresent the organization at trade shows, conferences, trade liaison visits & presentations, roadshows & travel missions and other industry events to network with potential customers.Market Analysis:
Conduct detailed market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly to evaluate effectiveness of MICE programmes and make recommendations for future improvements.

is ideal.Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and
building strong relationships with potential clients , to strengthen the destination’s position as a
premier choice for MICE events.The ideal candidate will have worked with strong international organisations and understands the exposure to a full-service strategic marketing communications, PR and representation company.Good rapport and relationships with Travel Trade ; Outbound MICE Companies.
