Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR and ER strategies that support the company's business objectives.Address and resolve management and employee relations issues, including grievances and demands in the field.Effectively manage industrial relations, including interactions with external stakeholders such as police, advocates, and regulatory bodies.Support business needs through field development, employee engagement, and motivation initiatives.Conduct review meetings with Managers and Medical Representatives.Handle field-related ER/IR issues, provide support to managers, and leverage fieldwork experience.Conduct domestic inquiries and manage disciplinary proceedings for field employees.Regularly review and coordinate legal cases with advocates.Ensure compliance with labour laws across India and manage compliance dashboards effectively.Oversee NAPS procedures, including issue resolution, reimbursement claims, and coordination with NAPS authorities.Develop and implement HR/ER strategies, systems, and procedures to enhance field operations.Foster a positive working environment and culture.Provide management reports and MIS, and support decision-making through HR metrics.Manage field ER/IR issues and be knowledgeable about criminal proceedings.Experience in plant environments is considered a plus.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:15 to 18 years of core experience in HR, IR, ER, and legal affairs, with a minimum of 10 years in field HR roles.Master’s Degree in Human Resources or MSW from a reputed institution; LLB is required.Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.Hands-on experience with Labour Office, PF, and ESIC authorities.Significant experience in handling strikes, protests, and industrial disputes.Strong understanding of compliance related to contract labour management.In-depth knowledge of labour laws including the S&E Act, Factory Act, CLRA Act, ESIC Act, EPF Act, and Bonus Act.Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Comprehensive knowledge of ER/IR processes.
