The Role

In this role, we are looking for a Packaging Quality Assurance Manager based in India to lead our global Quality Team of 5-6 individuals. This team manages production processes from artwork to the shipping of finished products. The Manager will collaborate with various manufacturing locations to ensure strict adherence to production quality, as well as compliance with scope, budget, and timeline constraints. They will oversee order progress, provide regular updates, and resolve issues in line with company standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing a global Quality Team managing production processes.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to production quality standards.
  • Maintaining delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

  • Collaborating with various manufacturing locations.

Ideal Profile

  • You possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or related field and have at least 10 years of experience managing quality control teams, preferably in the packaging industry.
  • You have solid experience working with engineers in manufacturing and have expertise in packaging quality assurance.
  • You are familiar with artwork, pre-press, and printed plastics, in both Rotogravure and Flexographic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs is required.
  • Fluency in English is required, along with good communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships.
  • You are flexible to travel extensively and adjust to varying schedules.
  • You are willing to take conference calls outside of normal work hours due to time differences between countries.
