Job Title: Product Manager – HR Tech Location: Core Office, Noida Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Product Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Human Resource Information Management System (HRIMS). The incumbent will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the HR technology roadmap, ensuring data integrity, and aligning the system’s functionality with evolving business and HR needs. This role requires a blend of product management acumen, process understanding, and stakeholder management to deliver a seamless digital HR experience across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Define the product vision, goals, and roadmap for the HRIMS platform in alignment with organizational strategy. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to identify needs, prioritize features, and ensure technology scalability. Benchmark and integrate best practices in HR tech to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. 2. System Development & Implementation Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of HRIMS including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and upgrades. Partner with technology teams and vendors to ensure smooth implementation of new modules and integrations. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data privacy standards throughout the product lifecycle. 3. Process Optimization & Automation Analyze HR processes to identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows. Drive the digital transformation of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement. Ensure system configurations and functionalities support policy and regulatory requirements. 4. Stakeholder Management & Support Act as a bridge between HR, IT, and functional teams to translate business needs into system features. Conduct user training, communication, and change management initiatives for successful adoption. Address user feedback, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely system enhancements and maintenance. 5. Data Governance & Analytics Maintain high standards of data accuracy, security, and confidentiality within the HRIMS. Develop and manage dashboards and reports to support HR analytics, workforce planning, and decision-making. Collaborate with leadership to generate insights that drive talent and organizational strategies. 6. Vendor & Compliance Oversight Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and service providers, including SLAs and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with labor laws, IT security standards, and organizational data policies. Coordinate system audits and certifications as applicable. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. A Master’s degree or specialization in HR technology preferred. Experience: 7–10 years of experience in HR systems management, product management, or HR technology implementation—preferably in large or multi-location organizations. Skills: Proven expertise in HRIS/HRMS platforms (e.G., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, etc.) Strong understanding of HR processes and policies across the employee lifecycle. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors effectively. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
