Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Faridabad. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production department, ensuring efficient and timely production of high-quality products. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with different departments, maintaining quality control standards, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Production Manager will also be responsible for supervising staff and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production management, scheduling, and supervision
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to lead a team and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field
  • Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is a plus
