Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about product development and have a strong background in both project management and quality assurance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support product lifecycles from ideation to launch while ensuring the quality and functionality of the product.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily status updates, team meetings, and scrum calls to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Find and assign defects to developers, suggesting improvements to enhance application quality.
  • Create and manage wireframes, prototypes (using tools like Balsamiq), and architecture diagrams.
  • Execute test cases and perform application testing to ensure product functionality and quality.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to suggest improvements.
  • Maintain product documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user feedback.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product or project management.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Figma, Lucid Chart, and VSTS.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
