Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of our company’s revenue.

Requirements

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Analyze competitive landscape and industry developments.

Lead Generation:

Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and industry events.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.

Close deals and ensure smooth transition to account management teams.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Collaborate with product development teams to ensure offerings meet client needs.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Provide regular updates to management on business development activities and results.
