As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales professionals and actively engaging in ground-level business development activities. You will be primarily responsible for generating revenue by signing up for our services. This role requires a combination of strategic leadership, team management, and hands-on involvement in the field.

ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.Conduct regular team meetings, set performance expectations, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Business Development: Create and implement a comprehensive business development strategy in order to acquire new clients for the development of an e-commerce seller account management, Website development & Social media Marketing.

Personally engage in ground-level activities, including client meetings, and networking events.

Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring a consistent and effective sales process.Track team performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to achieve and exceed targets.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clientsCollaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.Use market insights to adapt and refine sales strategies.Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.Provide input on marketing strategies based on field experience and client feedback.Qualifications:Any degree or without a degree or a related field.Proven experience in business development, sales, and team management within the edu-tech industry.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement in ground-level activities.Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding team sales targets.
