Key Responsibilities:Partner with our customers on a day to day basis to ensure their successEngage with customers managers to actively identify and develop opportunitiesFacilitate discussions between customers and Zemoso teams to explore opportunitiesHold joint responsibility for growth and expansion of customer accountsTravel or relocate for short durations to client locations as neededRequirements:MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges5+ years experience in customer facing roles like Customer Success, Customer Engagement, Sales etc for mid sized IT Services companiesAbility to proactively strike up engaging conversations with mid to top level IT managers, executives and business managers of multi national companiesAbility to work collaboratively across teams and departmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisionsExperience with different sales strategies and sales playbooksAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectivelyIf new ideas challenge you, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to pursue.
