We partner with digital-first enterprises and high-growth teams to ensure their cloud infrastructure is future-ready and cost-effective.The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Linked In Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential clients and partners on Linked In. You will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and establishing our brand as a thought leader in the tech ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Utilize Linked In Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to research, identify, and qualify potential B2 B leads within our target industries and client profiles.Outreach & Engagement: Develop and execute personalized Linked In outreach campaigns to generate new conversations and set up discovery meetings with key decision-makers, such as CIOs, CTOs, and IT managers.Content & Brand: Work with the marketing and technical teams to craft engaging and relevant content (posts, articles, comments) that showcases our cloud architecture expertise and attracts inbound interest.Relationship Management: Build and nurture professional relationships with prospects and key industry influencers on Linked In.Performance Tracking: Maintain and update all lead activities in our CRM system (e.g., Hub Spot or Zoho). Track and report on key metrics, including connection rates, response rates, and meeting conversions.Strategy & Optimization: Continuously monitor Linked In best practices and campaign performance to refine and optimize our outreach strategy for maximum effectiveness.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2 B lead generation, inside sales, or outreach, specifically with a focus on the technology or IT consulting sector.Linked In Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience using Linked In for business development, including proficiency with Sales Navigator.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
