We are looking for a Senior Team Manager to join our team in Bangalore or Pune and be part of our Operations leadership team in DWS India, directly reporting into the Global Head of Illiquid Asset Operations in London. The Illiquid Asset Operations (‘IAO’) team is responsible for the finance and operations of the Alternatives funds and products managed by DWS. The team has grown organically within regional and asset class specific hubs located in London, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, the US, Singapore, Korea and Australia. In order to facilitate these global value chains, IAO is establishing a completely new team in India and this role will be the first hire we make. As such we need an experienced Alternatives Operations professional who is able to, alongside the Global Head of IAO and his Management team, contribute to the design and build out of the global processes as well as building up the IAO India team in Bangalore and Pune and work on strategic initiatives with other key senior stakeholders from Business and Technology.
