We aggregate the Bank’s exposure across trading activity globally, administer the margin terms dictated in bilateral ISDA and CSA (Credit Support Annex) Agreements and facilitate exchange of permissible collateral (cash or securities) with our clients or central clearing counterparties. The team also manages Margin Disputes, regulatory Portfolio Reconciliation and Data Control flowing into the margining systems for APAC, EMEA and US regions. Leading/contributing to various projects which are kicked off in the department to increase efficiency in the process, improve client experience and enhance the control environment. Manage operational risk by checking strength of existing controls and recommend/implement new or improved controls Expected to monitor KPIs and KRIs of the process and define / enhance them as required. Lead and contribute to Global initiatives that could be strategic and tactical in nature Knowledge of TriResolve, Acadiasoft is must Knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx and other self-service analytical and data interpretation tools and AI tools will be an advantage Groom and coach team to take on stretch assignments, own performance management for immediate team and act as mentor for junior team members in the wider division Act as the key SPOC for any process reviews by control functions like Internal and External Auditors, Divisional Control Office and other teams Perform proactive risk reviews to identify and remediate control gaps Your skills and experience Strong organizational skills; ability to identify and prioritize multiple tasks based on criticality, impact and franchise importance. Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written and presentation. Independent problem solver who demonstrates accountability as well as execution capability. Ability to independently coordinate and manage work requirements across multiple business areas and functions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Professional skills Degree educated in Finance, Commerce or related field with a minimum of 15 years of work experience in a Banking/Finance environment.
