– Senior Executive / Assistant ManagerMinimum 3 years of Digital Sales experience in the
Northern Markets.Qualification : Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.Ideal Candidature:
- Must have a proven track record in digital sales, with a strong understanding of the digital media landscape & platforms, and advertising products. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Role:· Identify opportunities for growth, formulate business expansion strategies and develop sales strategies to acquire new clients· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process.· Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline· Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, presentation, negotiating and closing· Respond to client questions and concerns, follow up on quotations.· Objectively determine alignment between customer's needs and our product.· Present value proposition and business cases with clear quantitative ROI; analytical thinking.· Build and maintain healthy relationships with key stakeholders like agency planners, agency buyers, digital marketers, etc. of potential organizations.· Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance· Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients· Meet and exceed monthly sales quota through outbound leads - strategically selling the company’s various propositions to new prospects in a consultative manner.
