Job Summary: The Senior Associate – Influencer Marketing will be responsible for end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This role involves collaborating with brands, identifying the right creators, negotiating costs, managing campaign timelines, tracking performance, and ensuring impactful content delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is well-versed with social media trends and creator communities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Planning & Strategy Collaborate with the planning and strategy team to understand brand objectives and target audience. Suggest creative campaign ideas aligned with brand goals. Research trends, hashtags, and relevant content formats to maximize campaign impact. 2. Influencer & Creator Management Identify, shortlist, and engage with influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies. Negotiate collaboration costs, deliverables, and timelines with influencers. 3. Campaign Execution & Management Manage end-to-end campaign execution ensuring timely content delivery. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, and analytics) for smooth campaign operations. Monitor content quality, brand compliance, and adherence to briefs. 4. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track campaign performance using metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for brands and internal stakeholders. Provide suggestions for optimization based on campaign outcomes. 5. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brand accounts. Ensure timely communication and updates regarding campaign progress and deliverables. Address client feedback and ensure satisfaction while managing expectations. 6. Market Research & Trend Analysis Keep a pulse on social media trends, emerging platforms, and influencer content styles. Identify potential opportunities for brands to leverage influencer collaborations effectively.
