Senior Influencer Marketing

We are looking for a creative and well-connected Senior Influencer Marketing & PR Executive with deep experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry. This role blends fashion styling, influencer strategy, and PR execution to elevate brand visibility and storytelling across digital platforms, editorials, and events.
The ideal candidate has a strong network of influencers, stylists, and media professionals — and can independently conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns that strengthen brand perception.
Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute monthly influencer marketing calendars aligned with brand campaigns.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with fashion, lifestyle, and celebrity influencers.
- Curate influencer lists (macro, micro, nano) based on audience relevance, engagement, and styling alignment.
- Oversee influencer content styling, look selection, and creative direction to ensure brand consistency.
- Track campaign performance — reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
2. PR & Media Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with top fashion journalists, stylists, and publication houses.
- Plan and manage media outreach for new launches, collaborations, and events.
- Draft press releases, lookbooks, and media kits with storytelling that fits brand tonality.
- Ensure consistent brand presence across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
3. Fashion Styling & Visual Communication
- Coordinate with the creative team on shoots, influencer styling, and moodboards.
- Curate fashion-forward styling ideas for influencer campaigns, editorials, and social media.
- Stay ahead of global fashion trends to incorporate fresh ideas into every campaign.
4. Event & Collaboration Management
- Conceptualize influencer events, styling sessions, or product preview experiences.
- Manage on-ground activations — from invites to press kits to coverage.
- Partner with key brands or personalities for strategic collaborations that elevate visibility.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Track and analyze campaign data — engagement rates, EMV (earned media value), and press coverage.
- Present detailed monthly reports and strategic recommendations to management.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, fashion PR, or brand communication.
- Strong relationships with influencers, stylists, and media editors across fashion and lifestyle.
- Excellent understanding of fashion styling, digital content, and brand tonality.
- Proven experience in campaign execution from ideation to reporting.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Updated with current fashion trends, digital tools, and influencer platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
