Job Description We're looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketer to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing influencer campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and measurable impact for our clients. You'll collaborate closely with account, creative, and strategy teams to identify the right influencer partnerships and ensure seamless campaign execution from ideation to reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and campaign goals. - Identify, vet, and onboard relevant influencers across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.). - Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and talent managers. - Manage end-to-end campaign coordination briefing, content review, approvals, and posting schedules. - Track, measure, and report campaign performance, ROI, and insights to internal teams and clients. - Maintain a database of influencers and build long-term relationships with creators. - Stay updated with social media trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices. - Collaborate with creative and strategy teams for campaign ideation and storytelling. - Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and authenticity across influencer content. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 13 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management (agency experience preferred). - Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and influencer ecosystems. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. - A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
