About the Role:
We are looking for a Researcher who can uncover meaningful insights that fuel strategy, communication, and creative thinking for brands. This role is pivotal in turning data and trends into human stories that sharpen our strategic and creative output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary research to support brand strategy and planning.
- Compile and analyze market trends, category movements, and consumer behavior insights.
- Design, distribute, and interpret surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other research methodologies.
- Build insightful reports that distill complex data into clear, actionable inputs for internal and client teams.
- Collaborate with planners and strategists to translate research findings into brand direction, campaign ideas, and pitches.
- Monitor competitor communication and industry innovations to fuel fresh thinking.
- Work on consumer personas, audience segmentation, and cultural context reports.
- Keep updated with industry tools, databases, and research platforms.
- Assist in creating compelling research-driven decks and thought-starters for new business.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a research, insights, or strategy role (preferably in advertising, brand consultancy, or research firms)
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and storytelling skills
- Proficient in tools like Google Trends, Statista, YouGov, SimilarWeb, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about brands, culture, people, and insights
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
