Job description

Supervise a team of staff to ensure they provide a high-quality service by giving staff direction, ensuring availability of staff to cover absences, assisting staff to improve their performance, identifying training and other staff development needs and providing training where appropriate, resolving conflict and providing advice and assistance to staff.

  1. Responsible to lead the projects in various services at in-house, other locations and associates
  2. Planning, scheduling and reviewing the workload to ensure production output and on-time delivery targets are achieved within the budget
  3. Communicating with all the relevant people, internal departments and coordinating/managing people, facility and processes to ensure quality outputs and on-time delivery targets are achieved
  4. Responsibility for assembling the project staff; for their technical or functional development, performance, and/or termination during the project or projects.
  5. Ensuring that the assigned project have necessary manpower, competence, skills, knowledge, infrastructure and tools required in order to achieve the operational targets
  6. Set and meet realistic deadlines. Forecast operational/market/industry changes and communicates current and project issues.
  7. Define the quality processes, policies and tools along with QA head to meet the organizational goals
  8. Ensure seamless flow of work and documents for ISO 9001:2008 & ISMS 27001:2015
  9. Responsible to perform and lead the Lean and Six Sigma projects
  10. Responsible to deliver pilot/sample projects, effort estimation and to submit quote for new services/new customers
  11. Display continuous business improvement skills by identifying any opportunities for operational efficiencies. Continually review all processes and procedures to ensure continuous and sustainable operational effectiveness.
