About the Role:We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow key accounts in the hospitality and corporate sectors, with a focus on delivering turnkey solutions for
commercial kitchens . Working with luxury hotel chains and MNC/corporate clients, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing project execution, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the hospitality and corporate kitchen solutions sector.Manage key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships with clients including kitchen consultants, facility managers, and other stakeholders.Oversee the successful execution of ongoing and prospective turnkey projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.Maintain a strong grasp of financials, including sales forecasts, budgets, and project cost analysis, ensuring profitability and reporting accuracy.Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on sales performance, account status, and project progress.Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the regional market.Negotiate contracts and manage post-sale activities, ensuring client satisfaction and continued business growth.Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Skills we’re looking for:Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally in providing turnkey solutions for commercial kitchens or similar industries.Strong numerical aptitude with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers such as kitchen consultants and facility managers.High level of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.Exceptional organisational and time management skills.Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
