About the Role:
- We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow key accounts in the hospitality and corporate sectors, with a focus on delivering turnkey solutions for commercial kitchens.
- Working with luxury hotel chains and MNC/corporate clients, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing project execution, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the hospitality and corporate kitchen solutions sector.
- Manage key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships with clients including kitchen consultants, facility managers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the successful execution of ongoing and prospective turnkey projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.
- Maintain a strong grasp of financials, including sales forecasts, budgets, and project cost analysis, ensuring profitability and reporting accuracy.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on sales performance, account status, and project progress.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the regional market.
- Negotiate contracts and manage post-sale activities, ensuring client satisfaction and continued business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Skills we're looking for:
- Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally in providing turnkey solutions for commercial kitchens or similar industries.
- Strong numerical aptitude with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers such as kitchen consultants and facility managers.
- High level of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
