As a Founder's Office Intern – Finance & Growth, you will act as a co-pilot to the founder, managing core finance operations, ensuring financial discipline, and contributing to strategic decision-making. You’ll take ownership of everything from bookkeeping to FP&A while also shadowing the founder on growth, business strategy, and investor-related matters.If you thrive in ambiguity, love numbers, and want to help build a startup from the ground up, this is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Operations:- End-to-end bookkeeping, bills receivable/payable tracking, and invoice management- GST filings, tax return filings, and other statutory compliances as applicable- Cash flow management and cost optimization tracking- Financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling- Expense reporting, reconciliations, and building scalable financial systemsGrowth & Strategy:- Shadow the founder in high-level meetings, fundraising conversations, and strategy discussions- Support in market analysis, pricing strategy, and business growth initiatives- Create board-level decks, reports, and dashboards to support decision-makingAnalytics & Reporting:- Build and maintain advanced financial models and dashboards- Analyze KPIs, cost structures, and growth levers using Google Sheets/Excel and Power BI (or similar tools)Who We’re Looking For- Btech/MBA or equivalent qualifications.- Strong financial acumen with hands-on expertise in bookkeeping, compliance, and FP&A- Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros, etc.)- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a strong advantage- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable with early-stage startup chaos- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to learn and grow rapidlyLearning & Growth Opportunities- Work directly with the founder on finance, growth, and strategy- Deep exposure to startup fundraising, investor relations, and scaling finance operations- Hands-on learning in financial modeling, business strategy, and growth metrics- Opportunity for fast-tracked leadership role with equity potentialEvaluation ProcessWe’re looking for a builder’s mindset and execution-first attitude.
