Field Sales Executive

Easy Source is looking for a Field Sales Executive to help us grow our business and build a Brand.

The Role

  • The Field Sales Executive at Easy Source will prepare a long-term strategic industry growth plan and clearly define the milestones and execute the plan in time bound manner to achieve the milestones.
  • Responsible for the B2B Sales at Easy Source
  • Conduct detailed market analysis of business opportunities, industry trends and dynamics, commercial probability, competitor analysis etc.
  • Identify and prioritize growth initiatives, and develop business strategy
  • Drive negotiations on development and business contracts with customers
  • Manage communication and alignment with senior internal stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation and inputs from various sources
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, lead and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Maintain and expand the brand presence through education, networking, events, and presentations etc.
  • Manage Digital Marketing Activities to promote inbound Sales Leads

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business or management.
  • Experience in B2B business development domain will be added advantage.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record demonstrating strong desire and drive to build new business with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to develop and nurture strong external & internal relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with PowerPoint storyboarding skills.
  • Willingness to travel as per the Business Need.
  • Project management skills and Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
  • Ready to visit client sites for meetings.

Other Details:

  • Office Day- Mon to Saturday (Alternative Saturdays are OFF)
  • Office Time- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
