Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR & Admin Executive located in Chennai. The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, overseeing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth administrative functions. The role includes tasks such as managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, handling employee queries, and maintaining employee records. Additionally, the HR & Admin Executive will play a vital role in promoting a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilites
- Oversee office administration, including vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and facility management.
- Manage travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements for employees and management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations with proper documentation.
- Assist in recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
- Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate induction/orientation programs and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
- Fresher – 2 years of experience in HR & Admin roles.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
