CTC: Maximum gross up to 35 K PM

Reporting To: HR & Admin Head
Job Purpose: To efficiently manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the corporate office, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, vendors, and management. The role focuses on maintaining office infrastructure, supporting management requirements, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Key Responsibilities: Oversee general office administration including housekeeping, security, stationery, and facility management.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, maintenance, and service agreements.
- Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for staff and visitors.
- Handle office asset management, record keeping, and inventory control.
- Monitor and ensure proper upkeep of office equipment and premises.
- Process and verify administrative bills and vendor payments.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Support HR and Finance departments in administrative tasks when required.
- Liaise with government departments, local authorities, and service providers as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Key Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
- Attention to detail with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Qualification & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration / Management).
3–6 years of experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
