Role Responsibilities Role Summary The Admin HR Accounts Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office administration HR operations and accounting tasks The role demands a multitasker who is organized detail-oriented and capable of managing coordination across departments KRA Tasks Activities Human Resources Assist in recruitment coordination and maintain employee records Manage attendance leave tracking and employee documentation Support onboarding employee engagement and exit formalities Administration Handle day-to-day office administration vendor follow-ups and logistics Maintain office supplies petty cash and documentation Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations Accounts Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry in Tally Support GST filing invoice preparation and payment tracking Coordinate with external accountants for monthly reports KPI Performance Metrics Accuracy in data entry and reporting Timely submission of HR and accounting documentation Smooth daily operations and administrative efficiency Compliance with accounting and HR processes Skills Attitude Required Skills Proficiency in Tally MS Excel Strong communication and coordination skills Good organizational and multitasking ability Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of GST payroll and HR compliance Experience in office administration or accounts support Attitude Required for This Position Proactive and responsible approach to work Willingness to learn across multiple business functions Positive and team-oriented mindset Experience Eligibility Experience Range 1-2 years Age Criteria 21-30 years Language s English Tamil Qualification Bachelor s degree in Commerce HR or Business Administration Gender Male Female Relevant Industries Consulting Service-based or SME organizations
