Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR & Admin Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities for one of our clients in the food service industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR processes, employee coordination, documentation, and office administration, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Location: Chennai Industry: Food Services Experience: 3–4 YearsKey Responsibilities :HR Responsibilities :Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.Support attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs.Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal communication.Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and policy communication.Support compliance activities related to labour laws, PF/ESI, and statutory documentation.Handle queries related to HR policies and escalate as needed.Administrative Responsibilities :Oversee day-to-day office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.Manage office supplies, maintenance schedules, and housekeeping supervision.Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics.Ensure upkeep of office infrastructure and timely resolution of admin issues.Monitor renewals, utility payments, and service provider contracts.Assist in documentation, filing, asset management, and procurement support.Skills & Competencies :Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of HR processes and basic statutory compliance.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle confidential information.Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.3–4 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in the food service industry or similar fast-paced sector.Please send your resumes to reachus@surescout.in
