Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll, office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of labour laws and administrative procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with organizational goals.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for new employees.

Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution to maintain a healthy work environment.

Oversee performance appraisal systems and facilitate training and development programs.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave records, and benefits administration.

Supervise administrative operations, including facility management, vendor coordination, and office supplies.

Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data security.

Support management in strategic planning for manpower and organizational development.

Organize staff welfare activities, engagement programs, and internal communication.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Organizational and multitasking skills to manage HR and admin functions effectively.
