Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Manage existing accounts to achieve sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building with clients. Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers and developing strategies to acquire new clients. Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction. Develop a deep understanding of IT products/services offered by the company to communicate the value proposition to customers effectively. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategy. Face-to-face interactions help in establishing stronger and more personal relationships with clients, increasing trust and rapport. Meeting preparation and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal teams. Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and provide feedback on market conditions. Prepare reports on sales activities and outcomes. Only Male candidates required.
