Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer at CodeGnan in Hyderabad. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on various aptitude topics, developing training materials, assessing students' progress, and providing feedback to enhance learning outcomes.


Qualifications


  • Strong knowledge of aptitude topics and training methodologies
  • Minimum 2 years of Teaching Experience.
  • Ensure alignment of training content with industry standards, competitive exams, and organizational goals.
  • Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and assessing student progress
  • Passion for education and helping students succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Education, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in teaching or training are a plus
  • Incorporate new methodologies and tools into training delivery to enhance effectiveness and relevance.
