Requirements:Bachelors or Masters degree preferably from in engineering degreeProven experience working as aptitude trainer for 2+ yearsAlignment to the company's vision and culture

SkillsMust-Have:

Professional fluency in EnglishStrong proficiency in Aptitude, Logical reasoning and problem solvingExcellent presentation & communication skills. Should be able to explain complex subjects clearly and interestinglyExpertise in content development using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc..( Knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack is an added advantage )

Good to HaveStrong knowledge of the subject matter, industry standards, and best practicesCompetitive GMAT and/or CAT scoresHaving a NSDC certificationAny teaching or mentorship experience will be an added advantageAbility to adapt training methods to various learning stylesShould have a problem-solving and solution-seeking mindsetBe open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon itOpenness for iterations and feedbackDriven by ownership, hustle, and deliveryAbility to handle a class of 100 to 150 students
