About The Role

You'll be speaking with business owners who have already shown interest in our programs and helping them book tickets to our high-impact business growth workshops. This is not cold calling — you'll be engaging with hot leads who are genuinely interested.

What You'll Do:

  • Call warm leads and assist them with ticket bookings
  • Follow a proven pitch and build rapport quickly
  • Handle objections with confidence and empathy
  • Maintain lead records and update CRM systems
  • Achieve daily and weekly conversion targets

Job Type: Full-time (In-office)Location: Banjarahills, HyderabadSalary: ₹15,000–₹50,000 per month + performance-based incentives

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills in telugu
  • Must have an English medium background
  • Clear articulation and confident voice presence
  • Prior BDE/sales experience is a plus (freshers welcome)
  • Energetic, coachable, and target-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
