About The Role
You'll be speaking with business owners who have already shown interest in our programs and helping them book tickets to our high-impact business growth workshops. This is not cold calling — you'll be engaging with hot leads who are genuinely interested.
What You'll Do:
- Call warm leads and assist them with ticket bookings
- Follow a proven pitch and build rapport quickly
- Handle objections with confidence and empathy
- Maintain lead records and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily and weekly conversion targets

What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills in telugu
- Must have an English medium background
- Clear articulation and confident voice presence
- Prior BDE/sales experience is a plus (freshers welcome)
- Energetic, coachable, and target-oriented
