Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-impact corporate events across various regions. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, creative thinking, and multilingual communication abilities to manage diverse client needs and ensure seamless event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, including client meetings, brand activations, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality event experiences.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistical requirements.
  • Oversee on-site execution, ensuring smooth coordination of all elements – setup, staffing, branding, A/V, and more.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, understanding their vision and delivering it successfully.
  • Prepare detailed post-event reports including analysis, feedback, and recommendations.
  • Travel to event locations when necessary and manage on-ground teams effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in event management, preferably in corporate or B2B settings.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (fluent), and working knowledge of Tamil and Malayalam.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
  • Willingness to travel for events across regions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, event software tools, and digital collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of regional cultures and preferences, enabling better engagement with diverse audiences.
