Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality audits of tasks completed by the operations team
Conduct daily audits for the team members based in multiple geographies.
Willing to take on roles beyond QA as per team requirements or business needs.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity during audits.
Collaborate with Domestic and International operations and QA teams to ensure process adherence and quality standards.
Support quality initiatives and participate in QA projects as needed.
Must-Have Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
Basic root cause analysis
Basic data analysis
Experience & Qualifications:
2 to 4 years in back-office operations or quality assurance.
Relevant QA experience and a strong track record are essential.
Job Details & Compensation
Location: Baner, Pune
Work Mode: On-site, 5 days a week
Work Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Salary Range: ₹5 – ₹6.5 LPA
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Experience Required: Minimum 2-4 years in back-office operations or quality assurance.
