Role Description:

Act as a key liaison between end users and system developers to address technology needs, provide user support, and deliver insights on hiring trends. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyse key recruiting metrics by developing and maintaining proactive reporting and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify patterns and uncover system gaps within the ATS, working with relevant stakeholders (end users, system administrators, etc.) to implement improvements.
  • Maintain a user-centric system environment by distinguishing between training needs and configuration issues and implementing solutions that allow recruiters to focus on candidate engagement.
  • Analyze complex and varied datasets to draw meaningful insights and conclusions.
  • Conduct audits across systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Support and validate seamless integrations with downstream systems to enable accurate reporting for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in candidate sourcing and talent scouting across various channels (e.g., referrals, job boards, social media, alumni networks, agencies).
  • Strong background working with People or Recruiting teams or a deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience with relational databases.
  • Proven ability in creative and analytical problem solving.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficient in SQL and other commonly used query languages.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in conveying complex or abstract ideas.
  • Ability to identify trends and develop predictive data insights.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Understanding of software development life cycles and workflows.
  • Familiarity with project tracking and management tools.

Job Details & Compensation:

Location: Baner, Pune

Work Mode: On-site, 5 days a week

Work Hours: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST

Salary Range: ₹6 – ₹6.5 LPA

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in experience in candidate sourcing and talent scouting across various channels (e.g., referrals, job boards, social media, alumni networks, agencies).
