With a globally distributed and driven workforce, PSG is committed to excellence and profitability in every partnership.Role Description:The Reporting Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and analysing various reports to support business operations. This role involves working closely with different departments to gather data, generate insights, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain various reports, including coaching dashboards, consolidated logs, and macro-level summaries.Analyse data to identify trends, outliers, and areas for improvement.Work closely with different teams to gather data and ensure reporting accuracy.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support informed decision-making.Ensure reports are delivered on time and maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science DegreeMinimum 3 years' experience in data analysis, reports generation and reporting workflowsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA/Macro, Power BI and other data analysis tools.Strong analytical, data audit and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with data visualization tools.Knowledge of SQL and other database management systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Job Details & Compensation:Location: Baner, PuneWork Mode: On-site, 5 days a week Work Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM ISTSalary Range: ₹6 – ₹6.5 LPAJoining: Immediate joiners preferredExperience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in in data analysis, reports generation and reporting workflowsPerks & Benefits: Family Health Insurance – Comprehensive coverage for you and your family.Provident Fund (PF) – Secure your future with structured retirement benefitsMonthly Rewards & Recognition – Celebrate your efforts and achievements regularlyNight Shift Allowances – Additional compensation for working in US hoursCab Facility – Safe and convenient pick-up/drop for night shiftsFun Culture – We're serious about our work, but we never miss a chance to have fun Our monthly and quarterly events, held both in-office and offsite, keep the energy high.
