Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform quality audits of tasks completed by the operations team 
  • Conduct daily audits for the team members based in multiple geographies. 
  • Willing to take on roles beyond QA as per team requirements or business needs. 
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity during audits. 
  • Collaborate with Domestic and International operations and QA teams to ensure process adherence and quality standards. 
  • Support quality initiatives and participate in QA projects as needed. 

Must-Have Skills: 

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Basic root cause analysis 
  • Basic data analysis 

Experience & Qualifications: 

  • 2 to 4 years in back-office operations or quality assurance. 
  • Relevant QA experience and a strong track record are essential. 

Job Details & Compensation 

Location: Baner, Pune

Work Mode: On-site, 5 days a week

Work Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Salary Range: ₹5 – ₹6.5 LPA

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Experience Required: Minimum 2-4 years in back-office operations or quality assurance.
