Job Responsibilities

  1. Onboard existing reviewers to contribute actively to Shiksha's Ask & Answer platform.

  2. Identify, connect, and onboard new contributors by highlighting the value and benefits of

contributing.

  1. Achieve daily and weekly outreach/engagement targets while managing deadlines

effectively.

  1. Reach out to potential contributors through calls, emails, and social media outreach.

  2. Build long-term relationships with existing contributors by keeping them engaged and

informed about new campaigns.

  1. Host and facilitate virtual meetups to strengthen community bonds and drive

participation.

  1. Be flexible to work during off-hours and weekends, as required, to connect with

students studying abroad across different time zones.

Desired Skills & Preferences

  1. Prior community management experience is highly desirable.

  2. Experience with cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn & social media) will be an

advantage.

  1. Familiarity with student counseling, community management or study abroad edtech

platforms is a strong plus.
