International Collections, 3rd Party Voice Process

Job Description

We are hiring for the International 3rd Party Collections (Voice Process) at iQor India, Noida.

The role requires handling US customer calls to negotiate and resolve outstanding debts while ensuring compliance with collection policies and legal requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International Collections (Only 1st Party or 3rd Party Collections experience is eligible).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage high-pressure calls.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound & inbound calls for 1st / 3rd Party Collections.
  • Negotiate and resolve overdue payments in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with US debt collection regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

  • Work Days: 5 Days Working
  • Shift: Rotational Shifts | Rotational Week Off
  • Salary: 25,000 39,000 (in-hand)
  • Incentives & Benefits: Lucrative performance-based incentives + other perks
  • Transport: One-side cab facility for both male & female employees
