Job Responsibilities
Onboard existing reviewers to contribute actively to Shiksha's Ask & Answer platform.
Identify, connect, and onboard new contributors by highlighting the value and benefits of
contributing.
- Achieve daily and weekly outreach/engagement targets while managing deadlines
effectively.
Reach out to potential contributors through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Build long-term relationships with existing contributors by keeping them engaged and
informed about new campaigns.
- Host and facilitate virtual meetups to strengthen community bonds and drive
participation.
- Be flexible to work during off-hours and weekends, as required, to connect with
students studying abroad across different time zones.
Desired Skills & Preferences
Prior community management experience is highly desirable.
Experience with cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn & social media) will be an
advantage.
- Familiarity with student counseling, community management or study abroad edtech
platforms is a strong plus.
