Position Overview:We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative with a primary focus on cold calling to generate qualified leads and fuel our sales pipeline. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on proactive outreach, enjoys building relationships over the phone, and has the persistence to turn cold prospects into warm opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Cold Calling Activities- Conduct high-volume cold calling (60-80 calls per day) to prospectively qualified leads and target accounts.- Execute structured call cadences with 5+ follow-up attempts, as most successful outcomes require multiple touchpoints.- Achieve daily/weekly call metrics including connect rates, conversation rates, and qualified meetings booked.- Maintain detailed call logs and activity tracking in CRM system with daily and weekly reporting.Lead Generation & Prospecting- Research and identify potential customers that match our ideal customer profile (ICP) using various prospecting tools.- Build targeted prospect lists from industry databases, LinkedIn, and company research.- Qualify leads through discovery questions.- Conduct pre-call research to personalize outreach and increase conversion rates.Appointment Setting & Handoffs- Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for
